The D-PAL is a heavy duty 4 way entry pallet and for around 20 years has been providing an essential platform for the distribution and display of goods in Supermarkets around Australia. Used in a returnable closed loop supply chain system between suppliers, supermarket distribution centres and stores, they are a classic example of the successful implementation of “last mile efficiencies” where many stages of double handling and other costly activity based costs have been eliminated.
